• We do not falsify, alter, or submit inaccurate information
• We do not provide legal advice or credit repair services
• We do not hold or manage rental funds
• We do not secure housing without full client cooperation and documentation

Tenant Referral Services
Pricing
- Properties with monthly rent up to $2,000: flat fee of $400.
- Properties with monthly rent of $2,001 and above: 25% of the monthly rent amount.
Examples
- $1,750/month rent → $400 fee.
- $2,200/month rent → 25% × $2,200 = $550 fee.
- $3,000/month rent → 25% × $3,000 = $750 fee.
Payment Terms
- Payment due within 30 minutes of the client receiving keys.
Agreement
- Property owner must sign a service agreement prior to service commencement.
Notes
- Fees are calculated on the advertised monthly rent amount.
- Taxes or payment processing fees, if applicable, are additional.
